Quick notes on the schedule
- Tennessee will have early bye weeks in back-to-back seasons after having a very late bye week in 2021
- South Carolina moves to the front half of the schedule after being near the end of the schedule in 2022
- SEC home opener against South Carolina in 2023
- Tennessee’s daunting SEC West schedule continues: Ole Miss in 2021, LSU in 2022, and now Texas A&M in 2023
- Tennessee gets Texas A&M at home with an extra week of preparation from the bye week
- Back to Nissan Stadium for the first game of the season
- Very tough two-week road stretch at Alabama and Kentucky before Halloween
- Georgia at Tennessee near the very end of the season *could* have major SEC East implications with the way both teams have been trending upwards
- Tennessee finishes the season schedule with back-to-back cold November games in Neyland Stadium
