Tennessee is facing injury questions entering Saturday’s top 20 showdown against Florida. Running backs Jabari Small and Dylan Sampson as well as receiver Cedric Tillman exited last week’s win over Akron with injuries .

Their status is up in the air entering the weekend with Josh Heupel being “hopeful” that the trio will be able to go.

Like Tennessee, Florida is entering the top 20 matchup with injury concerns of its own. Star Gators’ linebacker Ventrell Miller is “questionable” for the SEC Game of the Week.

“He’s questionable for the game,” Florida coach Billy Napier said of Miller. “I think it’ll be a game time decision. He took some reps today. It is really a very subjective injury, if that makes sense. This will be Ventrell— he has a good pulse for his body. He’s a veteran player. He knows where he’s at. The injury he has is simply about where he is at and how he feels.”

Miller left Florida’s week two loss against Kentucky with an injury before not playing against South Florida last week.

Florida’s other top linebackers include Brenton Cox Jr. (21 tackles), Amari Burney (16 tackles) and Shemar James (14 tackles).

Tennessee is 10.5-point favorites over Florida— the largest the Vols have been favored in the SEC East rivalry.

Kick off between the Vols and Gators is at 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday. Brad Nessler, Gary Danielson and Jenny Dell are on the call for CBS.
