It’s Tennessee’s first time wearing white jerseys on orange pants this year in large part because they’ve only worn away uniforms once this season. Tennessee played just two road games the first month of the season and wore Smokey Grey uniforms at LSU as the Tigers wore their home white uniforms.
The Vols have three road games in the final four weeks of the season and will break out the white uniforms in all three.
More From RTI: What Kirby Smart Said About Tennessee This Week
Tennessee is undefeated on the season, wearing its traditional home jerseys three times, its Smokey Grey uniforms once, its dark mode uniforms once, its all orange uniforms twice and its all white uniforms once.
Georgia hasn’t announced its uniforms yet. However, the Bulldogs expect to wear its classic red helmets, red jerseys and silver pants.
Tennessee is 1-1 in its white jerseys and orange pants under second-year head coach Josh Heupel. The Vols lost wearing them in Gainesville last season before winning in them at Kentucky.
Kick off between Tennessee and Georgia is set for 3:30 p.m. ET Saturday. Brad Nesler, Gary Danielson and Jenny Dell are on the call for CBS.
